Translational Research

Dr. Tamrazi’s translational clinical research program aims to improve our understanding of tumor biology, mainly focused on functional precision cancer care. 

He has a team of clinical coordinators and a program manager (pictured right) to help coordinate all aspects of our research program.

Our research program follows patient tumor biology, treatment algorithms, and clinical outcomes to learn and improve this process for our patents in the Bay Area and also nationally. 

With institutional review board (IRB) approval our patients can consent to participate in carefully designed clinical research projects that help to advance our knowledge of tumor biology. 

Our ultimate goal is that more precise and targeted treatment options can be made available for his patients with the best chance of a successful outcome.
